Having just completed a substantial residential development in Zetland, Trico Constructions has further added to our portfolio in this area of Sydney which is seeing record levels of growth and investment. With road frontage on 3 sides, this development will be a landmark visual spectacle offering the highest levels of residential comfort and luxury within 4 kilometres of Sydney’s CBD.

The demand for medium to high-density residential developments in the Zetland area is increasing and to service these levels of demand, Trico Constructions has been awarded another large scale residential project. The apartments will be constructed using fast-paced, high intensity construction methods to provide a project completion date within the next 12 months.

The completed development will offer 29 residences in total combining 17 two storey townhouses and 12 one bedroom apartments with basement level car parking.
